Appointments

We recommend you book appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist for your spa experience.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, so we kindly ask you to provide us with 24hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you do not attend your appointment and have not given prior notice, the full treatment amount will be debited from your credit card or your voucher redeemed.

Gift Vouchers

We are pleased to offer gift vouchers for single treatments, packages or dollar value. Specific requests can also be arranged.

Payment Options

We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard and Visa. Prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
